Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.
The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ4 pm. Note that it does not open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Peritia Dental at (513) 805-4000; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, peritiadental.com.

Hamilton is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Hamilton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. I would avoid Peritia Dental at all costs. I don't understand how a business locks it's doors before 40 minutes before they close. The front desk lady was rude and implied we didn't do our due diligence to be at the appointment 15 minutes early when we did everything we could to be there on time (we live over an hour away and we hit traffic). The front desk lady wasn't wearing a name tag, most likely to hide from complaints, she was a middle aged blonde woman with her hair in a bun with glasses. She gave the attitude of " I want to close early" and was very unprofessional/snarky. It's interesting that according to her, if you are not 15 minutes early to your appointment, which was never communicated, you will not be serviced. Where's Peritia Dental's due diligence? I guess it falls on the patient. I actively run a business and know if this happened at my establishment, there would be some serious actions taken place to correct these problems. At the end of the day, I hate leaving bad reviews, they could reach out and correct what they've done but based on our experience, that won't happen.

The intake process at Peritia Dental was professional; however, it took over a month to secure an appointment, despite having a referral from another practice and the urgency of my sonβs condition, as he was experiencing significant pain and discomfort and required treatment under sedation. Despite the initial reassurance that sedation would be available, after waiting another month or more and following additional inquiries, I was eventually informed that they do not offer sedation services. This was extremely frustrating, especially after repeated confirmations that led us to continue waiting. As a result, I had to find another practice altogether, causing even more delays in my sonβs treatment. Throughout this process, there seemed to be very little humane consideration for the pain, anxiety, stress, and complications that patientsβespecially childrenβexperience when treatment is delayed unnecessarily. It is truly difficult to find a good dental practice, and experiences like this make it even harder. When you do find one you can trust, it becomes clear how important it is to stay with them.

I was referred here by another dentist for a root canal and they refuse to answer the phone or reply to voice mails. I haven't even started here and already feel like I should go elsewhere. How can not a single person answer the phone? Ive called at different times of the day morning afternoon and evening before close it doesnt matter it rings twice goes to voicemail I leave a voice mail and never get a call back. Ive been trying to reach this dental office for multiple days.

Dr. Kaur was amazing! I was so nervous about my tooth. She ended up having to do a root canal on the tooth. Which was not an easy job! The decay on the tooth was at the gum line and above. She did a wonderful job! The entire staff was very great and very professional! I highly recommend Pertia Dental for any dental need!
